No experience is needed. Whether you’re brand new or advanced, our classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you progress safely.

Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene in the studio.

We ask that cancellations be made at least 12 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of class credit.

Yes, with medical clearance. We recommend prenatal-friendly classes and encourage you to notify your instructor so we can tailor movements safely.

Classes can be booked easily through the Arabesque Pilates app or online. We recommend reserving in advance, as class sizes are intentionally limited for a more personalized experience.

That’s completely normal. Our studio is a welcoming, supportive space where everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace. Your instructor will guide you every step of the way.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your class, especially if it’s your first visit. This allows time to check in, meet your instructor, and get comfortable with the equipment.
